DJeff has been blazing a path to musical success in recent years, having played along side many of today's great Djs including Boddhi
Satva, Ralf Gum, Carlos Mena, Anane Vega, Ian Friday, Rork and Louie Vega. DJeff understood "Sodade" in its purest form, Anane singing in her native language evokes a deeper emotion that could only be matched by the drums beating in the background, piano, organ, and the perfectly placed strings accompanying the rich vocals. You can hear Djeff’s Angolan roots on the track along with the sounds of Cape Verde, he mixes both worlds seamlessly with a contemporary style.
